We may also receive lead, message, call, profile, and project information from services you use to contact Taskify, including authorized marketplace, communications, payment, and business-integration providers.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, communicate with customers and technicians, process payments, manage applications, prevent fraud, maintain business records, improve our operations, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as reasonably needed to operate Taskify—for example, with assigned technicians, payment processors, communications and email providers, hosting and database providers, and marketplace partners. Technicians receive only the project information needed for an offer or assigned job. We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service, operational, accounting, warranty, dispute, safety, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
